# Add PDF page numbers

Add simple page-number labels to a PDF with a chosen starting number and footer position. Export the numbered document as a new file.

## How to use it

1. Choose the PDF documents or images from your device.
2. Arrange files or enter the pages and layout options.
3. Create the document and download the finished PDF.

## Example

Number a multi-page handout starting from page one and place each label at the bottom center.

## Limits and checks

Numbers are overlaid on the pages. Review the output to ensure they do not cover existing footers or rotated page content.

## Access and processing

Free to use without an account. Interactive processing requires JavaScript in a modern browser. Input is processed in the browser rather than sent to a processing server. Optional browser storage is not a synchronized account.
