# Photo to pixel art

Reduce a photograph to a small pixel grid, optionally quantize its colors and scale it back up with crisp square pixels.

## How to use it

1. Choose a clear, supported image from your device.
2. Adjust the image settings and run the tool.
3. Inspect the preview, then download or copy the result.

## Example

Make a 48-pixel-wide avatar and export a larger PNG with nearest-neighbor edges.

## Limits and checks

This is a stylized conversion, not detail recovery. Fine text and facial features can disappear at small grid sizes.

## Access and processing

Free to use without an account. Interactive processing requires JavaScript in a modern browser. Input is processed in the browser rather than sent to a processing server. Optional browser storage is not a synchronized account.
