# Ratio splitter

Split a total across a series of positive ratios. See the share and percentage assigned to each part rather than dividing everything equally.

## How to use it

1. Enter the numbers, dates or units you want to compare.
2. Choose the calculation options and calculate.
3. Review the result together with the assumptions shown.

## Example

Split an amount of 4800 in the ratio 2:3:5 to get 960, 1440 and 2400.

## Limits and checks

Rounded displayed shares can differ slightly from the total. Ratios must be positive and contain at least two parts.

## Access and processing

Free to use without an account. Interactive processing requires JavaScript in a modern browser. Input is processed in the browser rather than sent to a processing server. Optional browser storage is not a synchronized account.
